1. Service Delivery

Concrete Craft is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. As such, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful registration and payment, your account will be provisioned, and you will receive access to our platform.

2. Account Activation

Minimum Delivery Timeline: Your account will be created instantly upon successful registration. However, it will be in a "pending" state.

Maximum Delivery Timeline: Account activation is a manual process for security reasons. Our administrative team will review and activate your account within 24 business hours of registration. You will be notified via email once your account is active and ready to use.

3. Accessing the Service

Once your account is activated, you can access the Concrete Craft platform by logging in with the credentials you created during registration at our website.
