1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please navigate to your account settings or contact our support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term. You will continue to have access to our service through the end of your billing period.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Beyond the initial 7-day period, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Timeline

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
